It is a combination of two of my dedicated passions. I had the idea to name the business “SecureFocus" because of my commitment to IT security in all aspects, especially in today's dangerous digital world; hence, “Secure.” My second passion is photography, where I want to create breathtaking moments where the “Focus" on the moment is fundamental but not only reflects the photography side but, in general, my approach towards business.

Dark mode—sometimes called night mode— is a display setting that replaces a traditional, bright white background with a darker shade like grey or black. Text and other elements are then overlaid in a lighter colour. The dark mode is designed to be gentler on the eyes, reducing light output from a device while keeping contrast ratios sharp enough to allow good readability.

Most of the time, yes. Dark mode uses less energy than a traditional white background, and the impact can be significant. A "Purdue" study found that the energy saving for dark mode is between 3 and 9% when using auto-brightness. If screen brightness is set to 100%, the savings can be as high as 47%. A single company adding a dark mode function to an application may not have any noticeable impact. But imagine the reduction in global energy usage if every company considered dark mode during development—if millions of users made the switch, the carbon savings would quickly add up. The future of technology could be darker than we thought—and that’s a good thing.

I was born on March 12th, so the number “1203” originates from that date and is personal to me. I love portrait photography and working with people. I also love capturing spectacular landscapes or the miniature world of macro photography. Furthermore, I specialise in architectural photography, event coverage, and commercial shoots. Because my entire equipment is mobile, I see the "world as my studio", so the name “Studio1203" stands for capturing breathtaking moments, no matter where I am.
